Giuseppe Acierno è Presidente del Distretto Tecnologico Aerospaziale (DTA). È Presidente del distretto produttivo aerospaziale pugliese (DAP); componente dell’organo di governo della Fondazione ITS Aerospazio Puglia; componente dell’organo di governo del Cluster Tecnologico Nazionale dell’Aerospazio (CTNA).

Coordinator DITECFER | District for Rail Technologies, High Speed, Network's Safety & Security Consortium She is member of the “European Commission Expert Group on the Competitiveness of the Rail Supply Industry” and coordinator of several EU projects for the development of the Rail Supply Industry. She is member of the Board of “ERCI-European Railway Clusters Initiative” and Coordinator of the Working Group for Rail Transport within “CTN-Trasporti Italia 2020”, the National Technological Cluster for Surface Transport modes established by the Italian Ministry for Education, University and Research.

Serena Borgna entra a far parte di APRE agli inizi del 2008 ed oggi ricopre il ruolo di Capo dipartimento per le Attività Istituzionali. È stata nominata dal MIUR Punto di Contatto Nazionale (NCP) per le tematiche “SC2 – Food Security, Sustainable Agriculture and Forestry, Marine, Maritime and Inland Water Research and the Bioeconomy”, “ERC – European Research Council” e “ NMBP – Nanotechnologies, Advanced Materials, Advanced Manufacturing and Processing, and Biotechnology” per il Programma di Ricerca e Innovazione HORIZON 2020, in prosecuzione delle attività già svolte negli stessi settori nell’ambito del VII Programma Quadro di R&ST.
Serena Borgna has been working in APRE (Agency for the Promotion of the European Reserch) since 2008, where she is currently Head of Department for Institutional Activities. She has been appointed by the Ministry of Education, University and Research (MIUR) as National Contact Point (NCP) for the themes "SC2 - Food Security, Sustainable Agriculture and Forestry, Marine, Maritime and Inland Water Research and the Bioeconomy", "ERC - European Research Council" and "NMBP - Nanotechnologies, Advanced Materials, Advanced Manufacturing and Processing, and Biotechnology" for the HORIZON 2020 Research and Innovation Programme, in continuation of the activities already carried out in the same areas within the 7th Framework Programme for R&TD.

Responsabile del Cloud Computing in Leonardo e direttore del Leonardo HPC Lab. Prima di entrare in Leonardo nel maggio 2020, ha trascorso più di 20 anni al Cineca (centro italiano di supercalcolo), dove è diventato responsabile della ricerca e sviluppo HPC, con la responsabilità dell'evoluzione e dell’utilizzo dell'infrastruttura HPC nazionale ed europea. È membro dell'EuroHPC Research and Innovation Advisory Board, membro del comitato direttivo dell'associazione ETP4HPC e rappresentante di Leonardo in GAIA-X.
Head of Cloud Computing in Leonardo, and director of the Leonardo HPC Lab. Before joining Leonardo in May 2020, he spent more than 20 years in Cineca (Italian supercomputing centre), where he became head of HPC R&D, with responsibility for the evolution and exploitation of the national and european HPC infrastructure. He is a member of the EuroHPC Research and Innovation Advisory Board, steering board member of the ETP4HPC association, and Leonardo representative in GAIA-X.

Pier Luigi Franceschini is working since 2016 as Director of the Innovation Hub South of the EIT RawMaterials. In this position he is overseeing and stimulating innovation and education programmes and servicing a partnership of 21 institutions (industries, universities and research centres) belonging the largest worldwide partnership in the raw materials value chain.
